Then we share our creations (songs, poems, special words etc) with each other to celebrate our soul creations. This wonderful experience is followed by healthy delicious food and herbal tea. Next we gather for singing songs and playing soul rhythms with percussion and hand drums. Bring your instruments and to play along. Ruth brings her hand-held percussion instruments for you to play as well. In the Sing Your Soul Song guided meditation we clear and energize chakras with sound and vowel mantras along with colour and word therapy. We clear a path in our being for our soul song to be expressed. The song you create heals and inspires your life. Directions: One street east of Coxwell Ave. is Woodington Ave. Turn North on Woodington Ave. and drive 2 blocks to Wolverleigh Blvd. Turn left and you will see the church. Street parking only. If you are coming by subway, get off at Coxwell Ave. and walk north 2 blocks to Wolverleigh Blvd and East to just before Woodington Ave. We will always meet in the meditation chapel in the south wing of the sanctuary. There is a spectacular weekend planned for singing our soul songs in nature. This weekend is designed to bring forth your gift and transform your life - with Ruth Finlay. It will be coming next summer in 2019. This year's retreat was a wonderful success so I have decided to run Sing Your Soul Song Retreat next summer as well!

Saturday evening is our Soul Rhythm and Drum Campfire Circle. We also will use our voices to sing and celebrate our friendship and freedom! Here we can share our soul creations and sing and play our drums and percussion instruments through the evening around the blazing fire. 
The rooms of Nature's Retreat are clean and beautifully decorated with First Nations themes, natural and earthy textures in the furniture, art and articles lovingly created and collected by friends and supporters of this sacred space. The meeting room has a large collection of hand drums and percussion instruments for our mindful use, so if you don't have a drum you can borrow one from the centre.
Healthy delicious meals will be prepared mindfully with love and the intention to raise our vibration and nourish our bodies. Wholesome home - prepared, simple, fresh and clean. Vegetarian dishes will be prepared for those who choose not to eat meat. Chicken and fish dishes will be served to those who eat such. Please let Ruth know in advance if there are any food allergies or special needs.
